Do you offer shipping across India?
Yes. We ship across India. Shipping is free within Kerala. For other states, shipping starts at ₹59 for the first saree, with ₹20 added for each additional saree.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We currently offer international shipping to selected countries including UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Malaysia, and Canada. International shipping is ₹1,499.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through Razorpay, including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking.
How can I know if a saree is available?
Product availability and stock quantity are displayed on the respective product page. If a product is out of stock, it will be indicated accordingly.
Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once placed, except in cases where the product received is damaged or defective.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
